DEAF TEXANS FLAG FOOTBALL CLUB 2008 FALL SEASON

Deaf Texans Flag Football Club practice every Sunday from 9:00am to 11:00am at Meyerland Park (5151 Jason St) in Houston, Texas.

League games will be every sunday night 4:30pm to 9:30pm.  The league game will be at Houston Sportsplex on 2631 South Main, Houston TX 77035.

League starts Sundays night Aug 17…we’ll have 1st practice this coming Sunday morning at Meyerland field where Houston Xtremes practiced softball. You know where? If not, here’s direction:

Going south on 610, (galleria mall) past 59, exit braeswood @ the light turn right, then @ the light turn right on rice street, @ the first stop sign turn left on Jason street, once you past the school on your left there a park right next to it.

Hello there!  This is Coach Bevo, but my real name is Brent Potter.  The reason I was called “Coach Bevo” is because I’ve coached several sports teams including flag football, softball and basketball during my lifetime.  I decided to make this blog to help other coaches to learn a thing or two about coaching a deaf team. 

Right now, I’m Commissioner for SouthWest Softball Assn of the Deaf.  I can’t coach softball team during my term with SWSAD, but I can coach other sports than softball.  I’m helping other teams including your team to success with flag football because I am founding brand new Deaf flag football tournament for regional so everyone in this regional can partipate to play flag football.  It has been everyone’s wish lists for longtime, but no action made.  I’m the one to get it start by act it now.
